    There is no minimum order spend.
  • Do you offer free delivery?

    Enjoy free delivery for orders above$99 (inc. GST), Australia wide.
    Please note: There is a flat rate of $17.60 for all orders below $99. 
  • Who do you ship with?

    We ship Australia wide, with Startrack Premium and Startrack Road Express.

    Please note: For products under 20kg, parcels are sent via Startrack Premium. All other orders are despatched using Startrack Road Express.
  • Do you offer express delivery?

    Yes, all orders are sent via Startrack Premium or Startrack Road Express.
    Please note:  In stock items ordered before 4pm will be despatched the same day. In stock items ordered after 4pm will despatched the following business day. Items not in stock will go on backorder and be despatched to you as they become available.
  • Do you offer same day despatch?

    Yes, all in stock in stock items ordered before 4pm will be deispatched the same day. 
    Please note: In stock items ordered after 4pm will despatched the following business day. Items not in stock will go on backorder and be despatched to you as they become available.
  • Can I send my items to a PO Box?

    No. Please contact our Customer Service team for details on where to send your items.
  • I've placed an order. When will it arrive?

    It depends on the goods you order. If items are in stock, orders placed before 4pm will be despatched same business day. In stock items ordered after 4pm will be despatched the following business day. Items that are not in stock will be placed on back order until available.

  • How long does a Custom order take to be delivered?

    Once artwork proofs are approved, production and delivery time takes anywhere between 6-12 weeks, depending on what is ordered. For a more accurate delivery ETA, contact our Custmer Service Team for more information.

  • What is the setup fee for Custom products?

    Setup charges will apply to Custom Reels, Custom Cards & Custom Wristbands. Upon quote request, the setup charges will be advised in a formal quote. There will be no setup charges applied to Custom Lanyards.
  • I need help with my ustom design, will I incur a charge for design support?

    Design service is Free. Upon setup, you are entitled to 2 complementary revisions per design. Any additional requests will incur a fee, (price will be quoted on application).
    Please note, setup Fees apply to Custom Reels, Custom Cards & Custom Wristbands.
  • What do you mean by "Price Beat Guarantee"?

    We will beat competitive quotes! Simply send the quote through to our Customer Service Team and we will beat it.

    Competitive quotes must be of identical items from an Australian supplier. Stock liquidations and quantities greater than shown on our website/catalogue/price list are excluded. Price beat cannot be honoured if prices are below our cost. Check out our Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • How quickly will you respond to my online inquiry?

    Your experience is our priority. We will respond to online inquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Can you offer a better price if I don't have a competitive quote and want to buy in bulk?

    Bulk buy and save! We offer tiered pricing on a large range of products. If the product you like displays a pricing table on the product page, simply increase your purchase quantities and the price will come down (reflective of the price table).

  • How do I pay for my good?

    Paying for goods is easy with ID Warehouse. You can use Mastercard, Visa, or American Express credit cards. Alternatively, if you are an existing customer you can choose to have your account invoiced. New customers are welcome to apply for a credit account that will be invoiced to the details you supply (subject to approval).
  • I have forgotten my password. How can I reset my password?

    No problem, simply click here and enter the email address that you registered with. A temporary password will be automatically sent to your email inbox. Please note there may be a short delay in receiving this email depending upon your server and internet connection.
